Position: Director, Operations Strategy & Analysis
Status: Regular, Full Time

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Summary:
This position is accountable for increasing the effectiveness of the Home Services Operations organization and providing strategic support for the leadership team. The successful candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with advanced analytical and reporting capabilities to drive data-informed decisions and operational excellence. The role also requires strong team management and project leadership skills, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.
