Within our Buildings business, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Strategy Execution & Planning Manager Vertical Portfolio ,preferably with a management consulting background, to join our Vertical Markets team.
In this role, you will lead strategicprojects and business-critical processes, work closely with theleadership team and drive business initiatives to strengthen the Buildings portfolio in our focus Vertical Markets such as Hospitals, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education, Food &Beverage, Life Science/Pharmaceuticals and Data Centers.
Yourcommitment to developing business-critical processes and experiencein managing projects from start to finish will be key to success.
You will make a difference by analyzing and preparing opportunitiesto scale the vertical business, preparing investment decisions andensuring impact through execution.

Relocation isnot planned Your new responsibilities - Lead strategic projects forthe portfolio team within the Vertical Markets department to ensurethe strategic alignment between business objectives and Vertical Markets needs from a portfolio scalability perspective - Own andfurther develop the business process to ensure result-orienteddecision making for vertical portfolio requirements between marketneeds and product capabilities - Prepare and deliver presentationsto support decision-making in close collaboration with management -Contribute to go-to-market/channel strategies for portfolioofferings with our vertical market team - Develop investmentproposals to scale the vertical business based on strategicanalyses - Collaborate closely with the leadership teams toimplement change and transformation Your skills and experience -University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or acomparable field; international experience and interdisciplinaryeducation are a plus - 3-5 years of professional experience inmanagement consulting - Experience in product portfolio managementis a plus, same as industry experience - Experienced and confidentin presenting complex topics effectively at C-level - High degreeof initiative, flexibility and a hands-on mentality - Excellentproblem-solving capabilities and resilience in dynamic environments- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.
