Join our growing team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a PRN/ per diem role. You will be free to accept and decline any cases offered to you, and have the ability to build out your own schedule.
Our patients reside in an assisted living facility setting. We provide treatment under the Medicare part B outpatient model making documentation simple.
*What you’ll do*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
* Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
* Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques during home visits and facility sessions.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication strategies.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports.
*Preferred qualifications*
* Demonstrated ability in patient assessment and developing effective treatment plans.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
