We're serving up crave-worthy, chef-inspired tacos with a side of fast-casual energy.

From our scratch-made ingredients to our bold (but approachable) branding, we're building something special—and it starts with an awesome team behind the scenes.

We're looking for an energetic. experienced, detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, love working with fresh ingredients, and take pride in

putting out food that looks and tastes amazing—we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare ingredients and assemble tacos, bowls, and other menu items with care and

consistency

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure quality and speed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (including dish pit duties)
• Maintain inventory, prep lists, and daily kitchen checklists
• Lead a tight-knit, fun, and focused team
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For:

• Kitchen experience preferred
• A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
• Team player mindset—no egos here
• Available evenings and weekends
• Food Handler Certification is required
