About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Operations Associate to support daily accounting and reporting across our restaurant locations.

Responsibilities:

• Visit all locations weekly to collect and log vendor invoices
• Record expenses in Excel and QuickBooks
• Review and reconcile daily closing reports
• Maintain organized financial records
• Assist with monthly reports and operations support

Requirements:

• 1–2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Proficient in Excel & QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have own vehicle for travel between locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
