*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patients' lives through evidence-based therapy and will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Administer hands-on therapy and prescribe targeted exercises to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families on effective techniques for self-care and injury prevention.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
* CPR certification.
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
