*Your Role:*
* *Administer* medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* *Monitor* patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
* *Assist* with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
* *Perform* wound care and manage tube feeding as needed.
* *Maintain* accurate patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
* *Provide* age-appropriate care to adults and geriatric patients.
* *Collaborate* with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
* *Educate* patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
*What We’re Looking For:*
✔ *Active LPN or RN License* (in good standing)
✔ Experience in *long-term care, geriatrics, or clinical nursing* (preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of *anatomy, physiology, and patient care practices*
✔ Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset
