Verto is a hybrid company with a remote-first approach. While most of our team works remotely within the GTA, we encourage in-office collaboration at OneEleven (downtown Toronto) on Tuesdays and during our monthly "Dev Takeover" days.

 As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be a senior technical contributor and a key driver of innovation, quality, and scalability, across Verto's engineering organization. You'll lead complex feature development, set technical standards, and coach others on building maintainable systems that power healthcare interoperability at scale. 

This role blends hands-on coding with system design and mentorship. You'll work closely with product owners, data engineers and implementers to deliver high value enterprise solutions that transform and normalize data at scale, apply AI algorithms to build a comprehensive picture of patient and population care journeys, and drive real-time insights while providing a modern user experience for real-time insights and decision support.
