Explore our studios and join us How you'll make a difference:

Prepare Revit models and engineering drawings for timber, steel, masonry and concrete buildings

Work with architects, interior designers, mechanical and electrical engineers to create truly integrated and sustainable design solutions

Opportunity to grow your knowledge by attending site reviews and inspections, as well as reviewing the contractor's work to ensure compliance with the project drawings and specifications

Prepare documents required for approvals, and construction cost estimates, tenders, and contracts

Provide design support to engineers, architects, and other technologists

Work with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved and maintained

Who you are:

A Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology or equivalent

0-2 years of structural modelling experience working on commercial, industrial, and/or institutional buildings

Knowledge of building codes is an asset

Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and integration

Curiosity to learn from an integrated design team on all aspects of project delivery
