Pro Door & Dock Systems based in Mississauga, ON is seeking to fill the role of Accounting Associate.This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 1–2 years of accounting experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.

You'll play a key role in supporting our finance and operations teams, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to multiple departments and systems, making it an ideal stepping stone for someone looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and operation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including reconciliations, journal entries, and invoice processing
  • Support ERP and enterprise software implementations (e.g., Sage, Novoconn, UKG)
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to gather data and support process improvements
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs and workflows
  • Participate in system testing, data validation, and user training sessions
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing projects and integrations

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or co-op placements welcome)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Salary Range: $50,000 ~ $55,000
