Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible roadways during winter weather conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment necessary for effective snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow vehicles to clear snow and ice from parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment, ensuring all machinery is in good working order.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal and related tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage snow removal operations during storms.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations to ensure public safety.
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, materials used, and any incidents that occur during operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in snow removal
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and maintain a flexible schedule during winter months.
• A valid driver's license is required

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
