Flight Store is a premium retail brand focused on great service, clean merchandising, and a smooth in-store experience. We're growing and looking for friendly, sales-driven people to join our floor team.
What You'll Do
- Welcome shoppers, learn their needs, and make confident product recommendations.
- Hit daily KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV) while keeping the experience helpful, not pushy.
- Run the POS accurately: sales, returns/exchanges, gift receipts, and order pick-ups.
- Keep the floor sharp—restock, size runs, signage, and visual standards.
- Receive shipments, tag/label product, and complete inventory counts.
- Handle online order pickups and basic customer inquiries in person or by phone.
- Keep the store tidy and safe; follow loss-prevention procedures.
- Support opening/closing routines and other tasks assigned by the Shift Lead/Manager.
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- 6+ months in retail or customer service (fashion/footwear/electronics experience a plus).
- Clear, friendly communication and a genuine service mindset.
- Comfort using POS systems and basic retail apps.
- Reliability and flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.
