Experienced Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender ( must be flexible with hours and should be available for early morning shifts ) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving tables engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their dining experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience & serving is required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• A commitment to hospitality and providing help to customers at all times.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
