Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Help team member to join our team in our concept kitchen. As Kitchen Help, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality food for our customers while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and assemble dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including grill, prep areas, and storage
• Ensure all food meets quality and presentation standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Manage online orders and execute effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a quick service or fast-casual environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment
• Food Handlers Certification
• Culinary training an asset
