Project Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Project Quality Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Montigny Le Bretonneux, France

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12 months

Qualification and Experience Required:

• You have a Scientific or Technical Engineering background with a strong taste for QSE issues.
• You have a first experience in QSE.
• Experience in team management would be a plus.
• You are recognized for your writing skills.
• You have a good level of written and oral English.
• Rigor and good spirit of synthesis,
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers),
• Proactive attitude to anticipate problems and propose solutions,
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes,
• Taste for teamwork

Areas Of Responsibility

• Reporting to the QSE department and within a team of about fifteen people,
• You will mainly be in charge of maintaining the QMS (Quality, Safety and Environment Management System) and making it available to employees.
• You will also be responsible for deploying and managing quality assurance within various projects.
• Occasional travel is to be expected (France).

System Quality

Maintain an effective QSE document management system for employees and its subsidiaries:

• Ensure that all documents are properly drafted, approved, disseminated and archived according to established procedures.
• Ensure that documents are regularly updated and that changes are traceable.
• To be the guarantor of the conformity of the documents made available.
• Ensure that existing certifications are maintained.
• Guarantee the accessibility and centralization of documents for employees.
• Provide ongoing assistance to resolve QSMS issues and answer user questions.

Quality Projects

• Intervene on our projects / product developments with the following missions:
• Analyze customer quality requirements and describe the quality provisions to be implemented.
• Assist the project manager in the management of the project by ensuring the application of the planned quality provisions and the requirements relating to Safety and the Environment.
• Track the handling of non-conformities and customer complaints.
• Support the project manager in the monitoring of subcontracting and actively participate in the supplier evaluation process.
• Be the contact person for the Customer Quality Manager.
