Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reporting Specialist to take on this new role. This role is an opportunity to support the Sustainability function during the ERP rollout, where you will be accountable for the management of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in accordance with the specific requirements identified by the internal governance standards of the Atlas Copco Group, individual business areas, and external directives such as the EU CSRD and disclosure standards.

In this role you will be required to:

  1. Manage and lead on all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across the Sustainability function.
  2. Conduct trend analysis to identify gaps and improvement areas in reporting processes.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders across the Vacuum Technique business area to implement sustainable solutions through automation and digitalization.
  4. Conduct trend, benchmark, variance, and other analysis of environmental metrics.
  5. Develop and maintain sustainability reporting dashboards in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  6. Understand new developments in sustainability reporting practices and standards, to enhance reporting quality and develop new reporting metrics.
  7. Develop and maintain the VTBA sustainability master data ensuring a full scope of data is identified and measured.
  8. Oversee and support sustainability audits.
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally on environmental topics across operations, products, and supply chains.

To succeed, you will need:

  1. Degree or equivalent in an engineering or relevant environmental discipline.
  2. Knowledge of sustainability reporting methodologies, standards, and metrics such as Greenhouse Gas Protocol, EU CSRD, SBTi, and EU Taxonomy, SECR, GRI and ISSB.
  3. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proactive problem-solving approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  5. Ability to work independently without close supervision.
  6. Experience in developing and implementing Company/Business focused initiatives.
  7. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programmes.
  8. Analytical, resilient, passionate and delivery focused, with excellent attention to detail.
  9. Experience of working within manufacturing, technology, and/or a services business.
  10. Passion for sustainability issues.
