We’re seeking a dynamic Client Partner to join our Financial Services & Utilities team in Paris. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in revenue generation, a passion for digital media innovation, and the ability to deliver creative solutions that resonate with clients and partners. You’re confident yet humble, hardworking yet fun, and most importantly, your work will help shape how people experience Spotify every day.

What You'll Do
  • Sell advertising solutions, including display (video, mobile, programmatic) and audio formats, to grow advertising revenue through relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and direct clients.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments, such as radio, digital, branded content, and innovation, to deliver successful campaigns that meet client goals.
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, brand partnerships, label relations) to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships.
  • Engage in consultative selling, educating clients on how Spotify’s platform can help grow their business through creative and effective advertising solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings and training sessions to stay current on industry trends and sales strategies.
  • Represent Spotify at industry events, serving as a brand ambassador and reinforcing our strong position in the marketplace.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting, including daily and weekly updates and customer insights.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is essential for managing your day-to-day activities.
Who You Are
  • You have 6+ years of professional sales experience in an online sales role.
  • You have knowledge and/or experience in the Financial Services & Utilities industry.
  • You have knowledge of online and offline media and have the ability to be creative with audio and digital client solutions.
  • You have strong negotiation skills, have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively and close the deal.
  • You know how to prepare for, deliver effective meetings, and tell an inspiring story.
  • You have the ability to build, manage and close a pipeline of prospects, and proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • You have dexterity in creating reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
  • You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • You are a team player, smart, adapt well with change and have a positive attitude.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and across external and internal teams to deliver creative, fresh campaigns.
  • Fluent French and English language, spoken and written is required.
