*Key Responsibilities:*
* Craft a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and juices according to house recipes and presentation standards.
* Serve ice cream and other specialty beverages with consistency and care.
* Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service—greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
* Operate espresso machines, blenders, juicers, and the POS system efficiently and safely.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and café seating areas throughout each shift.
* Monitor and manage inventory of beans, syrups, milk, ice cream mix, and other bar supplies; assist with restocking and ordering.
* Work collaboratively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local and company policies.
*Qualifications:*
* 1–2 years of barista or café experience preferred—but we’re willing to train the right person with great attitude and hustle.
* Strong multitasking and time management skills, especially under pressure.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
* Familiarity with various brewing methods and coffee culture is a plus.
* Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed.
*Compensation & Perks:*
* *Hourly pay: $16.00–$18.00* depending on experience.
