For over 20 years, Atos Cybersecurity team has been protecting its customers from the everchanging threat landscape by leveraging the full breadth and depth of its cybersecurity portfolio. Our success is built on our security experts' dedication, our own R&D innovations & our strategic technological partnerships. To support the growing needs of our customers, we are expanding our Global Business Development & Partner Management team and we are looking for someone to manage strategic partners of Atos Cybersecurity.

We will look for you to successfully develop long term global alliance that brings value to our customers. You will work with the global & regional teams to devise the adequate business strategies with our partners to help grow our joint business.

Key Missions
  1. Align with cybersecurity portfolio to understand vision & roadmap and agree on business objectives with partners.
  2. Participate in the development of the partnership contracts by supporting legal and procurement teams.
  3. Build long term, strategic relationships with strategic cybersecurity alliance partners.
  4. Develop Business Plans with strategic cybersecurity partners including revenue targets and action plans to federate Atos Sales & pre-sales teams with partners' sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
  5. Execute the partner business plans, track partner progress and achievement to goals.
  6. Support & empower cross-division teams (portfolio teams, delivery, marketing, legal, procurement, etc.).
  7. Raise awareness in Atos around the partnership, joint objectives & capabilities through sales enablement webinars, one-to-one account meetings, trainings, or global communications.
  8. Conduct weekly review calls and quarterly relationship status meetings with our strategic partners.
  9. Work with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.
  10. Track and manage joint sales pipeline to align with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  11. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures with Procurement & financial departments to quickly identify and resolve issues (Purchase Orders, invoices, revenue recognition, GBU engagement issues, etc).
  12. Work with multiple sales, business, and technical teams within both Atos and each partner to define and execute joint technology, marketing, and sales initiatives.
  13. Engage each partner’s field sales organizations and channels to create and drive revenue opportunities for Atos and partners.
  14. Monitor partners' business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.
  15. Identify joint customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition Atos-strategic partner.
  16. Ensure that Atos sales field and partner business managers work closely with each partner’s customer base to maximize success.
  17. Understand the technical requirements of each partner and work closely with the internal Atos Portfolio team to guide the direction of Atos cybersecurity offerings.
  18. Support strategic deals by developing the winning strategy, writing the executive summary/offer differentiators and following up with partners to secure the best competitive prices.
Profile

5 years minimum of experience in digital industry in technology partners management roles, preferably in cybersecurity. The cybersecurity field is a fast-paced industry where new technologies and new threats are faced regularly. Therefore, we are looking for professionals that are fast learners, open to discover & master new technologies & concepts. You should have a demonstrated ability to think about business, product, and technical challenges, as well as build and convey compelling value propositions. The position also requires a strong technical acumen and deep familiarity with cloud and security industries. Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written skills, you're experienced with Business Development Tools (CRM & Analytics).
