As a Pricing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining pricing strategies, bundling models, and charging frameworks to support our revenue and market goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to implement data-driven pricing solutions and key strategic initiatives such as our bundled product wrapper project.

Design, refine, and implement pricing, bundling, and charging models to optimize revenue, align with go-to-market strategies, and support performance-based pricing.
✓ Offering Guidelines and Discount Strategies: Create pricing guidelines by product, customer segment, and sales process while developing discount strategies and special offers to maximize revenue.
✓ Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze pricing and revenue using Excel, SQL, and BI tools, monitor performance for optimizations, and conduct sensitivity and market analysis to inform pricing decisions.
✓ Strategic Projects and Execution: Support major initiatives like bundled pricing transitions by providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Proficient in financial modeling, pricing analytics, and data analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools, with a strong ability to derive actionable insights for strategic decisions.
✓ Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple pricing initiatives aligned with business goals, with a proven track record of effective execution and cross-functional collaboration.
✓ Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
