We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to patients in a Long term care setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties:
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Provide care for patients with compassion and understanding
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families as questions arise
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Washington State
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in long-term care facilities
