*Job Description:*
The Alaska Cleaning Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential and Office Cleaner to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and demonstrates a high level of integrity in all aspects of their job. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role if desired.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Residential Cleaning:* Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
* *Office Cleaning:* Maintain cleanliness in office environments by dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring restrooms and common areas are clean and presentable.
* *Attention to Detail:* Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, leaving spaces spotless and welcoming.
* *Reliability:* Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
* *Integrity:* Treat client properties with respect and care, maintaining the confidentiality and security of all client information.
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience in residential and/or office cleaning is preferred but not required.
* Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality work.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
* Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
* Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must pass background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
* 4 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
* Year round work
Ability to Relocate:
* Fairbanks, AK: Relocate before starting work (Required)
