Performance Controller (f/m/d)

The GEA Heating & Refrigeration Technologies Division is a leading global manufacturer of components for industrial heating and cooling technology and other systems, in particular compressors, units, liquid chillers and heat pumps.

To strengthen our Controlling Division team, we are looking for a Performance Controller (f/m/d) at our location in Düsseldorf or Berlin or S' Hertogenbosch.

• As Performance Controller you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management reporting (incl. target/actual comparison)
• Independent extraction of relevant data as well as validation, preparation, consolidation and analysis from various data sources
• Preparation and presentation of results for decision-makers
• Processing ad hoc inquiries and preparing special analyses
• Supporting the planning process
• Conceptual development and optimization of processes and tools

• Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on finance / controlling
• Relevant professional experience in the field of finance / controlling, preferably in an international industrial company
• Knowledge of S4/Hana Group Reporting, AP SEM-BCS, SAP BW, SAP Analysis an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• High affinity for numbers and IT
• Ability to work under pressure as well as an independent, structured and proactive way of working
• Strong teamplayer with very good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
• Excellent German and English language skills
