*Roles & Responsibilities:*
* Lead team and client through programming & design through construction administration on a variety of project types.
* Overseeing production work throughout all project phases.
* Leading the technical design aspects on a variety of projects*.*
* Coordinate with consultants and assist the Project Manager in client and agency coordination.
* Mentoring junior staff on technical aspects of the profession
* Assisting Project Managers in developing contract/proposal tasks and budgets.

*Educations / Experience*
* Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or Bachelor’s of Architecture (B.Arch) from college or university.
* 5+ years’ of relevant experience
* Professional Architectural License (CA) preferred
* Expertise in all phases of the design, documentation and construction administration processes.
* Flexible to play multiple roles across varied project types.
* Experience with HCAI/OSHPD-3/OSHPD-1 construction/design process, preferred
* Excellent architectural detailing skills
* Excellent management, organizational, negotiation, communication and decision making skills, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Working knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD
* Intermediate MS Office application skills
* Knowledge of federal, state and local building administrative codes relating to building projects
* Lifelong learner eager to share knowledge and mentor team members

Pay: $83,381.98 - $100,417.01 per year
