We are seeking a *part-time or full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist* to join our growing team! The ideal candidate takes initiative, is eager to grow professionally in pediatric therapy, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

*Qualifications*
* Doctorate or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
* California SLP license (required).
* Maintain CEU and licensure requirements.
* Proof of immunization, CPR certification, and current negative TB test.
* Minimum 1 years of experience working as a Pediatric Speech Therapist.
* Proficiency in designing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with flexibility to adapt in the moment.
* Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children.
*Responsibilities*
* Work with infants, children, and adolescents to improve speech abilities, functional independence, and overall quality of life.
* Conduct thorough evaluations, primarily ages 0–3, to assess speech abilities, limitations, and functional goals.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
* Provide hands-on, play-based therapy and integrate caregivers for effective HEP carryover.
* Educate families on therapy techniques, home exercises, and referrals as needed.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and physicians.
* Monitor patient progress, track outcomes, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
* Document evaluations, sessions, and progress reports accurately and on time.
* Stay current with advancements in pediatric SLP through continuing education and professional development.
