* Ph.D. in Data Science, Data Analytics, Quantitative Methods, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, Applied Statistics, or a closely related field earned by July 31, 2026.
* Strong potential or proven record in scholarly leadership and teaching in Applied Data Analytics, which may include data mining, text analytics (e.g., natural language processing, sentiment analysis, topic modeling), dynamic data analytics (e.g., longitudinal or time-series analysis), social network analysis, and/or data ethics and management.
* Strong potential or proven record in securing extramural research funding.
* Experience or capacity to teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students from a wide range of backgrounds and advance the College's mission.
