*QUALIFICATIONS*
* Associates Degree in Radiology Technology and current ARRT certification.
* Current state and ARRT certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
* One – two years’ experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital or clinic environment.
* Knowledge of radiology exam policies and procedures.
* Knowledge of operating a PC and applicable computer software.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*
* Performs radiology procedures as ordered by physicians and providers.
* Travels to other clinics as directed by Chief Technologist and/or Radiology Director.
* Complies with all HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
* Establishes and maintains effective communication with physicians, employees and other departments.
* Responds to patient questions as required to resolve issues and maintain high patient satisfaction levels.
* Maintains patient confidentiality.
The *Radiology Technologist Pool* is responsible for performing radiology procedures and operating X-ray equipment.
