French Salesforce Project Manager

Experience: 5-7 years of experience, French speaking, experience with ServiceMax module preferred, but experience with Salesforce Field Service cloud is acceptable.

Abstract

The Project Manager is responsible for the maintenance of production processes as well as the delivery of improvements in production. He will supervise the collection of business needs and ensure the quality of the realization by the offshore team. He should be proactive in designing solutions and ensure compliance with good Salesforce architecture practices to facilitate maintenance. Experience with ServiceMax is appreciated, and the project context should allow him to increase his skills in ServiceMax.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Salesforce application referent, responsible for the proper functioning of production processes.
• Manage incident resolution processes.
• Supervise maintenance activities by the offshore team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business representatives regarding tool maintenance and deployment projects.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with business representatives to monitor activities.
• Oversee the delivery process of improvements in production.
• Validate solutions proposed by the offshore team or integrator, ensuring they respect good Salesforce architecture practices.
• Validate estimates presented by the offshore team.
• Be proactive in the design of complex solutions.
• Organize and monitor the test campaign for which IT is responsible.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries, meeting deadlines, standards, and commitments throughout the implementation stages.
• Follow the resolution of problems reported in user acceptance testing.
• Animate weekly meetings with business representatives to follow up on improvement requests and deliveries.

Deliverables: Organize and monitor the test campaign for which IT is responsible.

Specific Experiences Required

• Experience in maintenance management on a Salesforce platform or Salesforce project implementation (> 5 years).
• Experience managing a team of Salesforce developers (> 2 years).
• Experience with a project involving mobile applications.

The Following Experiences Would Be Appreciated

• Salesforce integration experience with other tools (ERP, customer portal, Heroku).
• ServiceMax project experience.

Technical Skills Required

Essential Skills

• Technical and functional mastery of the Salesforce solution.
• Certifications requested: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
• Ability to identify risks related to new developments on the platform and to identify their limits.

The Following Additional Elements Would Be Appreciated

• Platform Developer I certification.
• Platform Developer II certification.
• Solution Architect certification.
• Technical and functional mastery of the ServiceMax solution and its Field Service Application mobile application.
• Recognized for excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good spirit of synthesis.

Vendor Salesforce Certifications to Present: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.

Required Business Skills

• Experience with projects related to the maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Essential professional English (CEFR level B2) & French Fluency.

Behavioural Qualities Required: Demonstrates integrity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: 45,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
