As Qonto's VP of Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving Qonto's growth through a thorough orchestration of our media planning and our website as well as Paid, SEO, SEA, and Demand Gen, across our 4 markets: FR, DE, IT & ES.

Leading a team of 50+, you will be in charge of our acquisition strategy, from creating traction through all our digital and offline levers to managing our website conversion rate, with one goal in mind: unleash our ability to maximize our growth potential through performance in our markets and target segments.

As the VP of Acquisition at Qonto, you will:

  • Continue to build the best acquisition machine: drive the overhaul of our acquisition process, to create tailored, impactful acquisition initiatives across our different European markets.
  • Manage the acquisition budget: allocate our media planning spend in a performance and data-driven mindset to help us achieve our goals.
  • Drive team performance and innovation: your leadership and operational acumen will drive growth in customer acquisition metrics and overall market penetration.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration: work closely with our Country Managing Directors to support them with your teams and expertise in building the most relevant GTM strategy to drive growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement: stay committed to innovation and strategic market analysis, using data insights and industry trends to keep our acquisition strategies competitive.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale acquisition strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of digital acquisition methodologies, online and offline media planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to inspire teams and deliver significant business results.
  • Drive to improve operational efficiency and a passion for continuous learning.
