Support the Allianz Partners (AzP) CISO in developing the IS strategy for AzP, applying standards and frameworks as required by Allianz Group Security.

Lead, support and oversee all security programs in close collaboration with Allianz Technology (Encryption, EDR, Network security, SIEM, Data Classification, Asset Management, Authentication).

Implement continuous improvement in the existing process to ensure quality and relevance of information security services. Support the CISO and wider security community in developing roadmaps and strategies that help the Allianz Partners business to deliver secure solutions.

Lead, support and oversee Run activities in close collaboration with Allianz Technology (Vulnerability management, End of life assets (Toxicity), Security incidents, Pen testing & technical audits campaigns). Own the framework where appropriate and act as a key SME, supporting the execution and operation of these tasks within the BUs, managed by the Regional ISO.

Awareness and Training is essential in educating 'The Human Firewall'. The ISO will play a key role in supporting and devising the training activities to ensure they are a fit for the regional culture. This ISO role will own the training and awareness programme for AzP - monitoring adherence, and developing and maturing the programme.

As group wide security initiatives are agreed upon (either AzP group or Allianz SE group), the Information Security Officer could be called upon to champion and coordinate these initiatives and assist in preparing them for deployment by Regional Information Security Officers.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of significant, professional experience in information security and a high level of understanding of the application of security concepts and principles in a financial services organisation.
  2. IS Compliance / Risk Management, Network, System and Application Security, Vulnerability / Penetration Testing and other security practices.
  3. Fluent in English.
