Specialist Technical Support

Responsibilities

• You ensure flawless technical support for our machines with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• You support our customers and service technicians during commissioning of our machines.
• You are responsible for the technical briefing and debriefing of service technicians in coordination with the internal engineering departments.
• You use your technical expertise to create documentation for troubleshooting and maintain the CRM system.

Your Profile

• You have a technical degree combined with office experience.
• You are experienced in supporting international customers.
• You are a strong communicator and are fluent in German and English.
• In addition to mastering the O365 range, you are experienced working with SAP.
