- You ensure flawless technical support for our machines with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You support our customers and service technicians during commissioning of our machines.
- You are responsible for the technical briefing and debriefing of service technicians in coordination with the internal engineering departments.
- You use your technical expertise to create documentation for troubleshooting and maintain the CRM system.
- You have a technical degree combined with office experience.
- You are experienced in supporting international customers.
- You are a strong communicator and are fluent in German and English.
- In addition to mastering the O365 range, you are experienced working with SAP.
- Responsible and varied tasks in a small and dynamic team.
- Great scope for action in an international environment.
