Tasks

Your Commitment will include

• Design user-friendly interfaces based on conceptually developed wireframes.
• Responsible for an intuitive and consistent user interface design to ensure a seamless digital customer experience.
• Develop and continuously maintain design systems.
• Clarify customer needs, organize user tests, and conduct analysis and optimization based on received feedback.
• Create clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Responsible for the customer-centric development of digital products and related services in collaboration with agile teams consisting of Product Owners, Product Managers, IT developers, and testers.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• University degree and further education in Interaction Design or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in designing user interfaces for apps and web, and in applying agile product development methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Familiarity with methodologies like Design Thinking and User-Centered Design.
• You are an integrity-driven, dedicated, and collaborative individual.
• Proficient in German with excellent written and spoken English skills.
