As a CRM Business Consultant, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy tailored solutions. You'll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft's #1 partner, with an unrivalled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.

Skills and experiences

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules
• At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
• Consulting and client-facing experience with good knowledge in the analysis and design of business processes in marketing, sales, and service
• Basic knowledge of methods, process models, and tools for software development
• Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is nice to have, but not required
• Structured and methodical approach to the development of technical solutions
• Willingness to travel (according to customer needs and in coordination with you)
• Fluent German (Min. Level B2/C1) and English language skills are required

What you will do

• Design and implement tailor-made customer solutions based on MS Dynamics CRM.
• Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis.
• Actively support customers in all stages of a CRM project - from requirements analysis, creation of functional specifications, solution design, prototyping, testing, and international rollout.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood.
• Advise customers on the design and optimization of their business processes in the areas of marketing, sales, and service.
• Conduct workshops and presentations at customer sites.
• Participate in the interdisciplinary project team.
