YOUR ROLE

In your first project, you will join our client's Technology Portfolio Management Office (PMO), in the role of a Technology Portfolio Specialist, to support and lead the evolution of the current PMO practice, while managing the portfolio governance, supporting the performance cycles, the portfolio operations and continuous innovation. You will be at the forefront of our client interactions and work closely with cross-functional teams. Your first project will be in the luxury goods sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running an effective Portfolio governance, including instances set up and management, documentation and data preparation and update, minutes and follow-ups;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Tech and Leadership, Finance teams for a smooth and effective execution;
  • Supporting portfolio operations and continuous improvement by leading the process and procedure design evolution and implementation in line with the desired target operating model;
  • Driving operational excellence across continuous innovation of the practices, the procedures and the supporting tools;
  • Securing a change management strategy and execution for people adoption and new people onboarding;
  • Maintaining and developing the communication and training channels and materials;
  • Running Portfolio performance reviews following the reporting cycles and ad hoc analyses;
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive reports on the portfolio status to delivery, management and leadership teams;
  • Collaborating with the delivery leads to investigate and address variances, providing structured information and both executive and detailed reporting;
  • Supporting the design of short-term and longer-term portfolio capabilities framework and operating models in the context of the operating model evolution;
  • Secure organization alignment and change management execution as the baseline for successful implementation across phases.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 2-3 years of experience specifically in Portfolio management;
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, computer science, or information technology;
  • Good experience in portfolio, programs, projects and product management (inc. methodologies, practices, operations and tools) in the Technology field for multinational companies;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management and organizational skills;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English and French;
  • Advanced level with Microsoft Office Suite.
