Senior Data Engineer

Project: We are currently looking for an experienced Data Engineer for our customer with locations in Bern, Basel and Zurich.

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of ETL processes for data integration and processing
• Creation and maintenance of data warehouses (DWH) and data models (3NF + Dimensional)
• Conducting data analysis and preparing reports
• Support in business process modelling and optimisation

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or a related field and practical experience in data modeling and data engineering methods
• At least 5 years of experience in data
• Knowledge of: SQL, DWH, ETL, Reporting, Data Modeling (3NF + Dimensional), Business Engineering

Languages:

• German – Fluent (written and oral)
• English – Fluent (written and spoken)
• French is an advantage

Role : Senior Data Engineer
Location : Switzerland; one day on-site in Bern, Zurich or Basel (depending on the assigned team)
Workload: 100%

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 10 months

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
