Workday Data Lead

What is the role about?

We are looking for an experienced Workday Data Lead to help ensure our clients are utilizing the best possible Workday solution specifically with the data migration. Only experienced data Workday consultants to apply please.

• Lead end to end data conversions, ensuring data is validated and converted to Workday using appropriate loading tools.
• Lead the data mapping activities from the legacy systems to Workday with support from Client functional leads and SMEs.
• Manage multiple projects as a Data Lead and technical SME.
• Manage As-is analysis of current clients’ landscape against planned deliverables.
• Build reports in Workday to extract data and load dummy data as per client requirements.
• Support project plan and Workday delivery.

What skills are we looking for?

Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.

To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactively drive process improvements. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.

Must have Skills Required

• Experience in dealing with high volumes of data and design the data flow to optimise performance.
• Minimum of 5 years' Workday data migration experience with appropriate Workday certification.
• Consulting-based leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven analytical ability with strong problem-solving skills.
• Data modelling and solution design experience.
• Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications.
• Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking).

Other Qualifications/Skills that will be beneficial but not mandatory

• College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems.
• Human Resource work experience.
• Customer Service work experience.

As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in Europe, so long as you are authorised to work in Europe without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
