Vice President, Professional Services

Smartsheet is seeking a dynamic, operationally focused leader to join our team to lead the Professional Services team. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, this Vice President will own the strategy, design, delivery, and revenue across our global professional services practice. At Smartsheet, this high-performing team of 250+ professionals delivers the technical, operational, and consultative perspective that enables our customers' success with the Smartsheet platform. At a current revenue of $70M annually, the ProServe practice is poised to grow and deliver even more value to customers and our business.

This is a remote-eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US.

You Will

• Lead a team of 250+ global Professional Services team members, including TAM, Delivery Consultants, Architects, Customer Training, and PS Engineering
• Lead the process of building a multi-year vision and strategy for Professional Services as a force multiplier for Smartsheet solutions
• Create a teaming model for partnering with sales, support, customer success, and the channel team on a cohesive approach to enterprise
