*What You’ll Do*
As a Pharmacist at MCSP, you’ll play a key role in our mission to provide customized, high-quality care for every patient. Your responsibilities will include:
* *Dispensing & Supervision:* Verify, prepare, and dispense prescriptions — including compounded formulations — while leading and mentoring pharmacy technicians.
* *Patient Care:* Counsel patients to ensure safe, effective medication use and positive outcomes.
* *Collaboration:* Communicate with prescribers to ensure therapy accuracy, compliance, and affordability.
* *Quality & Compliance:* Maintain all legal, safety, and documentation standards with precision.
* *Innovation in Compounding:* Continuously grow your compounding knowledge and proficiency with tools like *PioneerRx* and *PK Compounder*.
* *Operational Excellence:* Support inventory, workflow efficiency, and overall pharmacy success.
*What You Bring*
*Required:*
* BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution
* Active North Carolina Pharmacist License in good standing
* Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience (dispensing, verification, operations, insurance)
* Successful completion of background and drug screening
*Preferred:*
* Experience in sterile and/or non-sterile compounding
* Familiarity with *PioneerRx* software
