What You'll Do:
- Drive department success by meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Manage, appraise, and balance used car inventory for maximum profitability
- Proactively acquire inventory to align with market demand
- Analyze market trends to make smart, data-driven decisions
- Oversee trade-in appraisals and inventory control
- Collaborate across departments to ensure dealership-wide success
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver top performance
- Monitor profitability and take decisive action when needed
- Execute additional duties to support dealership goals
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Automotive Management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
