We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Carrington at Four Corners location. This community has 330 units and is located in Clermont , FL. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
