GPJ is looking for a creative leader that will help us create the very future of what experiential marketing can be. This new team member will collaborate with one of our most dynamic, forward-thinking client brands and equally talented GPJ team on a variety of integrated programs and projects, events and experiences that will shape our industry moving forward.

This role will lead global growth and inspire local teams for an iconic brand.

The ideal candidate will have agency experience as well as experience with technology clients, and will work in our awesome New York office

Our Opportunity.
This is an ECD-level position, which means the ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience working in experiential marketing agencies, creative production companies, entertainment organizations or immersive entertainment companies. This individual will have experience creating, guiding and galvanizing large teams while working in concert with leaders from strategy, production and fabrication to bring it all together.

To be clear, we're looking for someone who thinks big and creates even bigger. We're looking for the force multiplier. The campaigns and programs they craft will be experiences and moments that unfold across screen, space, stage and time - telling stories and creating goose bumps through immersive environments, engagements and activations.

This is also a client-facing role, so working closely with brands and their creative teams will be the norm. Presenting ideas, concepts and designs will be at the heart of your day-to-day world. Being confident and comfortable with client executives, challenging perceptions and persuading with passion is mandatory.
