Fyzical Therapy in Castle Rock and Parker, CO is looking for a passionate and skilled *Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our growing team. Our pediatric department is designed to provide innovative, play-based therapy to children from birth to 18 years old, helping them develop communication, literacy, feeding, and social skills in a fun and engaging environment.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Conduct comprehensive speech, language, literacy, and oral motor/feeding evaluations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children ages birth to 21
* Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists for a holistic approach to care
* Provide family education and training to support carryover at home
* Document progress and maintain compliance with state and clinic standards

*What You Bring:*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Active Colorado DORA license or eligibility by start date _(CFs may begin under temporary licensure)_
* Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy
* Passion for making therapy fun, engaging, and impactful for kids
