Responsibilities:

1. Install and configure our products on customer sites.
2. Propose technical solutions for upgrades requested by the customer.
3. Ensure the integration of software components.
4. Write integration plans and software integration procedures.
5. Deployment on the integration platform.
6. Participate in drawing up interface specifications between the software system and other customer components.
7. Analyze and diagnose anomalies.
8. Check the correct correction of anomalies.

Profile:

1. Engineering degree from EPFL, UNI or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in UNIX and Windows operating systems.
3. Experience in developing UNIX (shell), Windows (cmd and powershell), and SQL (Oracle) scripts.
4. Experience and autonomy in analyzing processing chains to help solve application problems.
5. Ability to work in an evolving environment, in agile mode, and with great flexibility in terms of delivery targets.
6. Open-minded, versatile, responsive, and dynamic; you enjoy teamwork and passing on your experience.
7. Fluent in English required; French is an asset.
