apraxon is a group of companies that offers outpatient care therapy bases, therapy centers, homecare and specialized care in wound care throughout Germany.

We are looking - for our headquarters in Hofbieber - for a full-time Head of IT (f/m/d).

Your Tasks

• Management, organization and further development of the IT department.
• Development and implementation of IT solutions.
• Ensuring IT security and data protection.
• Managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure and systems.
• Occasional on-site support for other locations within Germany.
• Implementation and management of IT projects.
• Technical and disciplinary management of the IT department.
• Collaboration with other departments to support the company's goals.

Your Profile

• At least a completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (f/m/d), a degree in computer science or business informatics is desirable.
• Several years of relevant professional experience and management experience.
• Sound knowledge of working with Microsoft 365.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Experience in the development and implementation of IT strategies.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; business fluent in German and English.
