Brief Description
What we are looking for in a Web Programmer

• Knowledgeable: Demonstrates AIP experience, preferably with multiple platforms. Coding ability in more than one language, preference for PHP, Python & Javascript. Experience with QuickBase extremely helpful but not required.
• Skilled: Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong people and relational skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Team Player: Humble, motivated and solutions-focused. Bring a creative mindset and an eagerness to embrace challenges to find the best solution possible. Goal and process oriented. Ability to work independently while also being able to work with other team members and explain complex concepts with clarity.
• Passionate: Genuinely excited about solar energy. Committed to continuously learning and building your knowledge and skills. Passionate about creating meaningful processes, building smarter systems, and driving results that matter.

• $24.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience
