Your tasks

• Development and management of the global department IT Foundation Services including subordinated teams: Core IT Services including cloud, IT Service Management, IT Digital Workplace, Business Integration, and the Development Center of Competence.
• Responsibility for operation and management of all IT foundation solutions and platforms, developing a product roadmap and leading technical implementation projects.
• Ensuring a global IT foundation operating model across LAPP's business units.
• Technical and disciplinary management of the team with a focus on people management, resource planning, and professional development.
• Consulting of other IT domains and business functions in the areas of responsibility for LAPP's digitization solutions.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the area of IT Foundation Services (infrastructure, cloudification, SAP, service management, etc.).
• Studies in computer science / technical studies or comparable.
• Several years of management and people management experience.
• Several years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of relevant and latest technology trends; Skills/certifications in ITIL standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and assertiveness.
• Independent, goal-oriented, and responsible way of working.
• Fluency in German and English.
