Location: Montreal, QC (In-office)

Type: Full-time | 40 hours/week

Compensation: $40,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for qualifying new prospects and preparing them for our funding process.

You will be the first point of contact for business owners, building relationships, collecting financial documentation, and booking meetings for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by phone, email, and SMS
  • Build rapport and assess client eligibility for financing programs
  • Collect and organize required documentation (bank statements, ID, etc.)
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure all data is properly logged
  • Coordinate client hand-off with Account Executives
  • Meet and exceed daily activity and monthly performance targets

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, financial services, or B2B prospecting
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Driven, accountable, and eager to grow in business finance
