Overview:

Join Skylark+Owl, a leading B2C lifestyle bedding e-commerce brand, as a Customer Experience Specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless interaction at various touchpoints, including phone, email, and online chat, in addition to managing order fulfillment and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
• Oversee order checking and manage returns efficiently.
• Support marketing initiatives by proofreading ads, content for social media, emails, and blogs.
• Create visual content using Canva and email content using Klaviyo.
• Assist with minor updates on the Shopify store, including product page management and image uploads.
• Participate in quality assurance and spot-check shipping orders.
• Assist in photo shoot preparation.

• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Personable and friendly demeanor towards clients and coworkers.
• Exemplary time management and teamwork abilities.
• Shopify and Klayvio experience is a bonus.

Requirements:

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Edmonton, AB.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to commute to the head office located in Edmonton, AB T5H 3P7.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Language Requirement: English proficiency is mandatory.
