What are we looking for?
As a Sales Campaign Automation Manager, you will hands-on implement an Omnichannel campaign landscape within the Emarsys Campaign Management tool. Through a deep understanding of the tool and close collaboration with data scientists, you will set up trigger-based campaign chains and monitor KPIs accordingly for continuous improvement. Through contextual communication via different channels, you will serve our advisors to increase their sales potential, increase customer loyalty, and convert prospects into customers. With your strong knowledge and experience in Sales, CRM, and Data, you will contribute to further improve customer experience and generate additional revenues.
Job Responsibilities- Deep knowledge of Emarsys Campaign Tool to setup and maintain automated trigger-based campaigns and complex campaign landscape in different tenants.
- Orchestrate campaigns via different channels (e.g. Email, website, app).
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate target selection into trigger-based campaigns and develop algorithms.
- Implement data-driven solutions for Campaign Automation and communication towards our customers.
- Work closely together with Global Campaign Manager, agencies, and a complex international stakeholder matrix to insert contents into campaign templates.
- Be accountable for the whole end-to-end campaign process (technical delivery) and act as SPoC.
- Manage product features and functionalities, making day-to-day decisions on template implementation (Coordination, training, and coaching of process).
- Create visualizations and reports to monitor campaign success and identify levers for continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks, including the ability to effectively utilize methodologies and tools.
- Project Work (CRM and data projects).
- Support the strategy of CRM & Data Business teams.
- Extensive work experience in successful sales campaign implementation with Emarsys Campaign Tool and at least 3+ years working experience in international environment.
- Deep knowledge of CRM and data, acting as the interface between Business and IT.
- Skilled in adapting campaign inputs to the various communication channels, sharp eye and precision to test and deliver flawless campaigns.
- Dealing with a broad range of partners to implement and orchestrate campaigns successfully (e.g. media agencies, service providers).
- Skilled in customer analytics to handle data at a bigger scale and provide KPI dashboards.
- Ability to translate campaign results/data into actionable insights and decision recommendations.
- Knowledge of databases (relational) and data modeling.
- Good project management skills.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, IT or comparable.
- Hands-on service mentality to implement state-of-the-art campaigns of high quality.
- Analytical mindset with attention to details and process execution.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation-based communications skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple campaign landscapes simultaneously and work with tight timelines.
- Flexible, highly motivated personality who acts as a team player and builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
