Our store at Jackson Premium Outlets proudly brings this experience to our loyal shoppers, and we’re looking for Part-Time Sales Associates to continue that tradition of comfort, care, and connection. What You’ll Do As a Spring Step Shoes Sales Associate, you’ll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience — one that reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and service. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging customers with genuine warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge. Driving sales by identifying customer needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, and upselling complementary styles. Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. Supporting back-of-house operations such as inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment. Representing Spring Footwear’s family of brands with pride and enthusiasm. Contributing to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere built on respect, communication, and collaboration. What We’re Looking For A friendly, professional communicator who loves helping people feel confident and comfortable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail setting. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Team players with a flexible, can-do attitude. Multilingual candidates are always a plus!
